I can't log in?

 

We have migrated to our new site on January 1, 2016, your may have the remainders of our old site in your browers history, bookmarks, favorites, cookies and cache. This also holds true when you generate a new password for your login.

To clear your cache or cookies click the links below regarding the browsers you are using.

* Please note, you cannot use Safari at this time to log into your account because of security issues with the Iphone and Ipad.
 
Internet Explorer :
Confirm which version you are using : Click Help => About Internet Explorer
Next got to the following link and click which version of internet explorer you are using http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/delete-manage-cookies#ie=ie-11
After following the instructions, close your browser and restart.

Firefox :
From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. ...
From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
After following the instructions, close your browser and restart.
 
Google Chrome :
On your browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu (3 horizontal lines).
Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
In the box that appears, click the check boxes for "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files."
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
Click Clear browsing data.
After following the instructions, close your browser and restart.

 

Safari:

Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
Scroll down and tap on Safari.
Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced.
Tap on Website Data. Notice here you can see how much space on your iPhone or iPad website data is taking up.
Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data.
Confirm one more time you'd like to delete all data.
